On the list below you will find all the countries to where we ship parcels.

Due to local Tax, VAT and different shipping fees, the prices and shipping options vary from country to country.

The expected shipping times are following Danish public holidays and are subject to payment clearance and stock availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the shipment details.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase to the email address you provided during checkout. Please contact us if you do not find it in your inbox or spam folder. For your information, it is generally not possible to delete or correct an order, as we export directly to our warehouse to ensure the shortest possible delivery time.

Tracking number

It is important that you contact us if you have not received tracking information after the last expected day of shipping. You will find the expected shipping times on the list below.
Packages are available for pickup at the Drop Point for a limited number of days, and unfortunately we do not pay for a new shipment if the parcel isn't collected. When you contact us, we have the opportunity to help you before it's too late.

Please note that we are shipping from Denmark to your destination. If you need to return a jewelry, you will have to ship it back to Denmark.

We provide the GLS Euro Connect service to as many EU countries as possible.

As we ship in bulk from Denmark 3 times a week, your parcel will get its tracking number when it arrives at a European hub. So even if you don't receive a notification that your package is on its way or a tracking number where you can track it, it is already on its way and you will receive a notification when it is sent out for local delivery.

You do not need to contact GLS or LULU if you do not receive tracking information within the first 3-5 business days.

PostNord is the Danish National Postal Service. They work with postal services and carriers all across the world and by choosing this shipping option, your parcel will be shipped with PostNord, but delivered by your local Postal Service.

Local postal services, expected shipping times:
Within the EU: 3-8 business days.

If choosing UPS as shipping option, please bear in mind that the shipping destination determines which shipping options are available. This means that it is not always possible to choose a Drop Point Delivery.

Depending on your destination you can expect UPS to be faster compared to the local postal services.
